BARBARA Davis, the widow of billionaire Marvin Davis and grandmother of Brandon ("firecrotch") Davis, was involved in a four-car pileup in L.A. that left her with a blood clot on her lung and several broken ribs. Davis, on her way home from the opera, was treated at Cedars Sinai. "She is recovering," said a spokesman, "and it hasn't stopped her work on the Carousel of Hope gala Oct. 28 at the Beverly Hilton." Sony BMG head Clive Davis is said to be planning to have Whitney Houston sing at the charity event - if Houston stays sober.
