Dionne Warwick Says Whitney Ready for Comeback

From the divorce court to the DMV, only “Extra” caught video as Whitney shifted her life into a new gear.

Whitney smiled and shook hands on her way into the Hollywood station, just days after putting the brakes on her 14-year marriage to Bobby Brown.

Meanwhile, Whitney’s cousin, Dionne Warwick, was honored at this weekend's Temecula Valley International Film and Music Festival, and the star told “Extra” that Houston is ready to launch a comeback.

Warwick said Whitney is heading back into the studio to record her first album in nearly three years.

“Whitney is doing exceptionally well,” Warwick said. “What I would like to ask you to do is keep her in your prayers as I’m going to ask everyone out there too.”
